This Boy

Today David competed in the Midland Elementary spelling bee and came in second place for his grade.  This kid is so fabulous, he knocks my socks off.  He was so sad when he misspelled his word, (polled…he thought they said PULLED)  he cried.  (he was robbed….another story for another time)  No pic of him at the microphone… but he was up next.  Don’t it make my brown eyes blue…  (ok, my blue eyes blue)

 

Ten

Rose is 10!  I can’t believe it.  10 years gone just like that.  She is a beautiful girl inside and out, and I love her madly!  (And sometimes MADLY! )  Here she is in all her 10 glory.
